Mass Schedule

• Added the ability to define a regular mass schedule on the Mass Schedule tab.
• Added the ability to create events for a specific time period.
• Added the ability to record who the mass is being said for on the Mass Intentions tab.

Keywords/Special Days

• Added a full set of Liturgical dates to the Special Days and Holidays window.

Events

• Added the ability to select to be reminded of an event the day it occurs on the Event Detail tab.
• Added the ability to delete an event based on the event name.

Reports

• Added an Intention List report. This report lets you quickly view any event with an attached intention.

Other

• Added the ability to import member contact information from other PDS programs without having to manually enter information.
• Added the ability to right-click a field name in a list of fields and display  a pop-up description of the field.
• When you start PDS Facility Scheduler version 5 while connected to the Internet, the program will display PDS Web News. This is your online connection with links to helpful knowledge base articles,support tips, upcoming training events, special promotions, and more.
