Keywords
  • Deleted ability for view-only users with access to keywords to add new words to keyword lists.

  • Corrected problem in which Quick Lookup did not locate phone numbers.

  • Added WebEx with Support option, allowing users to set up WebEx session with support representative.
  • Added Show Web News feature to update users with latest PDS community information.

Members
  • Changed terms "Birth Mother" and "Birth Father" to "Mother" and "Father."
  • Added Print Label button to Sacrament Places window (System Processes > Sacrament Place Names and Addresses) to print label or envelope.

Reports
  • Added additional Fam Blank fields to allow additional blank columns on reports.
  • Added warning to assist in correct use of "IS Ever Any" subgroup.
  • Added ability to print "average donation" (the grand total paid divided by 52 weeks).
  • Added field to identify families whose credit cards will expire within a specified number of days.
  • Added enhanced help for report selections.

Quick Postings and EFT Processes
  • Added Quick Post process for pledge cards.

  • Corrected problem in which the Check Status of a Batch procedure added a second line on the History and Keywords window for a second payment instead of modifying the existing line.
  • Corrected problem in which Fund ID and Billing Period disappeared when clicking on keyword field.
  • Corrected problem in which quick post process allowed posting to funds with no activities. The program now displays a message informing the user that "This fund has no activities set up."
  • Corrected problem in which quick posting of geographic areas updated both old and new area to value of new area.
  • Corrected problem in which using Tuition Management Service for EFT processing did not handle reversals correctly.
  • Corrected problem in automatic quick posting. When families were added to the posting list, the program repeated the name of the last family in the list instead of showing the added families.
  • Corrected problem in which the Check Status of a Batch feature was not reporting all errors in QuanComm EFT processing.
  • Quick Post processes enhanced with ability to save selections.
  • Added a check for duplicate bank account and credit card numbers as list is being compiled.
  • Program no longer stops processing on each expired credit card. Instead, it allows a printout of the list later.
  • Program now sends QuanComm the family ID number instead of the internal record number, giving QuanComm the ability to display those ID numbers on their Web site.

Users and Passwords

  • Corrected problem that caused program to lock up when consolidating multi-year funds into yearly totals.

Processes
  • Corrected problem in which using Remove/Advance process to remove only inactive teachers could create an unending processing loop.
  • Corrected Transfer from Grade Book problem in which choosing Easy Grade Pro after choosing one of the other grade book options sometimes displayed selections incorrect for Easy Grade Pro.
  • Added Grade Quick interface.
  • Added a process to allow reordering of student subjects for report cards.
