If you have to cancel your registration for the convention, please call 800-669-2509 or email convention@acstechnologies.com. Please Note: If you don't show up and haven't notified the training department of your cancellation, your organization will still be responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Regular Cancellation – If you cancel March 1 through July 1, 2008, you will be refunded 80% of your registration fees.
Late Cancellation – If you cancel from July 2 to July 23, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fees.
No Refund Cancellation – Registration fees for cancellations on or after July 24, 2008, are not refundable.
Note: This cancellation policy does not include the hotel policy. All hotel reservations must be confirmed by July 8, 2008. All applicable penalities through Hyatt Phoenix apply to your reservation.
