Just click on the “Account” link and you can upload a small photo (GIF, JPG, or PNG) under the Account Information. This image will be used in various places such as Discussion comments and Messages.

You can view your grades on individual assignments and know your GPA.

Discussions allow you to easily communicate and collaborate with your teachers and students in your classes. When one of your subscribed instructors opens a discussion, it will appear on the Discussions tab and you will be able to add your comments.

You can receive assignments from any of your instructors. You can view assignment details and download attached images and files.

Similar to email, you can send a message to any of your instructors with a Chalksite account. The instructor will receive the message through their Chalksite account and have the option to respond back to you.
NOTE: You must be subscribed to an instructor to send or receive messages. Click on the Instructors tab to subscribe to your instructor.

You can subscribe to any teacher or professor that has a Chalksite account. Simply click on “Subscribe to Instructor” below and enter your instructor’s username in the field. This will allow your to send and receive messages, view assignments and view grades from your instructor.

In the footer of each page, there is a link titled “Text Formatting”. Click on this link to bring up a simple key for formatting your text.
