Data Conversions

If you are already using a program to store your Church Office™, School Office™, or Formation Office™ information, we can convert the data into a Parish Data System program data file. The cost is determined by the amount of time required to complete the transfer.

The easiest, and therefore, least expensive files to process are:

• Paradox
• Fox Pro
• D-base (.DBF or compatible)
• Microsoft Access (.MDB)
• ASCII-quote and comma delimited
• ASCII-fixed width fields

If your program can export data in any of these formats, PDS can convert your data. Other file formats can be converted but take longer to analyze and process. We have done data conversions from many different programs into PDS programs.
