A:Verify that you are running Formation Office™ version 1.0E or higher. To check your version, from the menu bar, choose Help - About Formation Office Management.
To check for a program update, from the menu bar choose Help - Check for Program Updates. If a program update is available, and you decide to install it, the update will be downloaded and cached locally on your network. After the update is completed the program will need to be restarted. The new version of the program will update the database. Exit the program. Restart the program from a different workstation (running the older version). It will detect that a new version is available. Click Yes to apply the update. Rather than downloading the update again, the update will come from the cached local copy.
