Event Packages
• Corrected problem in which an error message displayed when you clicked No after you clicked Schedule Now on the Package Details/Package Events window if the event date was prior to the current date.

• Corrected display issue when window was maximized on the Quick Posting of Payments window. 


Online Resources
• Added a link to PDS Ministry Scheduler on the Online Resources menu.


System Processes
• Changed the start and end date for Daylight Savings Time in the program.

When the clean-up time pushed the length of an event past midnight, the program reported an access violation. This issue is resolved.

Reports - Corrections 

Package Reports did not print events scheduled in Group Facilities.

Other Corrections 

On the Quick Posting of Payments process where the labels say “Orgainzation Name OR Package Name” when viewing in full screen, the “OR” was covering up the top part of “Package Name”. 

Some of the events in the sample data file had ending dates and reminder dates before the starting date.

Reports - Corrections
  • Reports now have the ability to View a Sample using our demo data. Note: it is not possible to view samples of the web calendars.

Facility Screen – Corrections
  • If you set a filter on the Facility View Listing screen, then double clicked on a facility to go to the detail screen, when you returned to the View Listing screen, the filter was no longer set.
  • Double clicking on a facility on the View Listing screen was displaying the first facility in the list on the detail screen instead of the facility you clicked on.

Event Screen - Corrections
  • Double clicking on an event on the View Listing screen was displaying the first event in the list on the detail screen instead of the event you clicked on.
  • Leaving the Event Screen could sometimes produce the error message “Unable to write to ShdGroup.ini.”

View Calendars – Corrections
  • The Daily Calendar showed an extra column when an event scheduled on that day was marked Inactive or Reschedule.
  • The Daily calendar sometimes showed 2 columns for one facility when no events conflicted
  • When viewing the Daily Calendar at 10 or 15 minute intervals, some events were showing as running until midnight when they ended earlier.
  • When displaying details about events on a single day from the Monthly or Yearly calendars, if the day was set as a special day, but had no other events scheduled for it, clicking on the dialog was displaying the error “index out of bounds.”

Other Corrections
  • When entering the program and it warned you that you couldn’t run the program because someone else was doing something critical like a backup, it then displayed an ugly error message and asked if you wanted to send a report to Microsoft.
  • On the Users and Passwords screen, users who were not marked as security administrators were given access to copy a user.
