Step 1: Facility Scheduler Demo Download Instructions:

1. Please register your demo by filling out a short online Registration Form.
2. To download the file, click on the image below to download the Facility Scheduler Demo.
   
   Note: The file below will not fit on a 3.5" floppy disk. Contact Parish Data System to order a CD Demo if you plan to transfer the file to another computer.

   When your browser prompts you, select the option to save the file to disk. You can then select a location on your hard drive. Be sure to note the drive and directory where you save the file. Installation instructions are listed below.

3. View the Getting Started Guide to the Facility Scheduler program (requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader).

   Step 2: Install Facility Scheduler Demo:

   1. Go to the subdirectory where you downloaded and saved the file. Double click on the PDSFacilitySchedulerDemo Icon. A "Welcome to Install Shield Wizard for PDS Facility Scheduler Demo" window will appear. Click the "Next>" button.

       

   2. The Install Shield Wizard will extract the needed files for the DEMO installation. A Status bar will appear indicating the progress of the files being extracted.

       

   3. A blue screen titled "PDS Facility Scheduler Demo" will appear. A Welcome window will appear in the middle of the screen. Click on the "Next>" button.

       

   4. A "Choose Destination Location" window will appear. Please choose the location where you want to install the PDS Facility Scheduler Demo (beta) program. The default location for install is the C:\Shd2Demo Directory. If you want to use this directory, Click on the " Next>" button. Otherwise, if you want to choose another location to install the Demo program, click on the "Browse..." button.

       

   5. A "Start Copying Files" window will appear. Click " Next>" button to begin installation

       

   6. A "Setup Complete" window will appear confirming the installation of the program. Click on the "Finish" button to complete the installation.
