Q: I installed at the server okay. Now when I try to install at the workstation, I get the message "Cannot find Lock.LCK file" at about 90% complete. What happened?

A: This message means that someone was already in the program at a different workstation while you were trying to install at this one. Have everyone exit the program at his or her station, and try again.
