A: If an event requires that all facilities need to be closed (for example, for construction work), then use the special organization All and the special facility Closed. If an event is all-day but doesn't require an actual facility (like a birthday), mark it as a Special Day, which appears on calendars. An all-week event like a carnival may require a combination of both – some facilities closed and the week marked as a series of Special Days.
