Q: I do not know the maximum number of events that can be scheduled per year. Also, I do not know of any limit on the number of rooms, which can be scheduled.

A: The Facility Scheduler uses 4 byte integers for the record numbers. So the program can accommodate up to 2 billion records. There are no arbitrary restrictions on the number of events or rooms.
