Expenses
Added the ability to reprint a check without having to void the old transaction. Click Reprint Check in the Paid Invoices window to reprint the check.
System Processes
Added enhanced support for tracking unrestricted, temporary and permanently restricted assets in the chart of accounts. On the menu bar click System Processes, then Initial Options. Set Allow Multiple Retained Earnings and Prior Year Fund Balances to Yes to enable this feature. You can then select which net asset account is used for income and expense accounts.

Import Data From PDS Office Programs has been moved to the Accounts/Transactions tab.
Added the ability to extract financial information directly from the PDS Office database.
Payroll
Added the ability to accrue sick and vacation time. You can carry over sick and vacation time from year to year, and specify a maximum limit.
Added enhanced checking for Automatic Journal Entry accounts. PDS will warn you if an account is not configured properly.
Reports
Added the 944 report for those who need to file annually rather than quarterly.
Other
Added the ability to right-click a field name in a list of fields and display a pop-up description of the field.

Added Zoom to the View Listing windows. Click Zoom to have the View Listing window expand to cover the main menu and allow optimum viewing for users with widescreen displays.
