Simple Installation and Support

• Usernames and passwords are provided securely upon signup. Links are provided to the online installation and user guides. Installation files are downloaded from the Web.
• Consult with our specialists on your backup methodology, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans and become a backup expert. We can help you access your backup needs. We have the ability connect to your computer via the Web and download the installation files, configure and run the jobs, and train you on how to use the application and the administrative Web site.
• LiveStor subscription fees are invoiced monthly based on the amount of storage and the number of installations at the time of billing.

Off-site Data Security

• LiveStor uses an Internet connection to transfer your files to a secure server at a remote facility, where the architecture is constantly monitored for consistent temperature, humidity, water or fire detection, and an uninterrupted power supply.
• LiveStor uses secure ports 21 (FTP) and 80 (HTTP).

• Every backup that you schedule and run is called a job. All jobs are managed in one window and can be edited, changed, or deleted
  at any time. You can even monitor the transmission progress and transfer details of actively running jobs.
• LiveStor remains in your Windows® taskbar after it has been opened and efficiently runs in the background as you use your computer. Jobs run according to schedule behind other active applications.
