Configuration
• Corrected problem that caused values to change when tabbing through the fields on the Names tab of the Configuration window. (Kbase Article 21746)

Ministers
• Corrected problem that caused list grids to be blacked out when using a particular color scheme with a Windows XP operating system. (Kbase Article 21261)
• Added option to send e-mail instead of traditional mail when possible. Also added option to send no mail.
• Added enhancement to the Serve With option. A dialog box opens in which you can link another minister or finish the list. You can also print the list.
• Corrected problem that occurred when working with and saving two ministers who have the same name and family ID. (Kbase Article 21637)

Reports
• Corrected misspelling on Assignment and Away Periods report.
• Added “One Address per Family” and “Include address even if send no mail is checked” options to label printing report.
• Corrected problem in which reports did not retain ministry filter settings. (Kbase Article 21728)
• Corrected problem in which masses schedule reports truncated names. (Kbase Article 21344)
• Corrected problem that created a “range check error” when creating schedule reports. (Kbase Article 21732)
Added “Use TLS” option to E-Mail Server Setup tab. Transport Layer Security (TLS) is a security protocol used by Google’s GMail.

Scheduler
• Added the ability to skip weeks when creating schedules.
• Added a feature that checks a minister’s availability when using the Replace Minister option.

Backup/Restore
• Corrected problem that prevented away periods and last serve dates being restored from backups. (Kbase Article 21504)

Other
• Corrected problem that allowed you to create passwords with over 10 characters. (Kbase Article 21582)
• Enhanced the program to allow more than one user at a time to open it. Additional users can either select a different set of data; view the same data, but in a read-only mode; or close the program and wait for the first user to exit.

Reports

• A number of the reports not accessed through the Reports window have been made customizable. Font, heading, and margins can be changed. You can also choose whether to print grid lines.

Scheduler

• Corrected problem which caused minister names not to appear in the grid when editing old schedules. (Kbase Article 21135)

• The fourth option when right-clicking a minister in the schedule grid changed from Delete Minister to Do Not Include This Minister.

• Added ability to add new ministers when editing ministers in the scheduler grid.

Ministers

• Away dates are no longer allowed to overlap.

• Corrected problem which caused the loss of some ministers’ history when transferring data from older versions of the program. (Kbase Article 21144)

Configuration

• Corrected problem with tabbing order on the Family Copy tab. (Kbase Article 21116) #166
• Corrected problem with default Date Display Format drop-down list values when Use Day of Week check box was cleared. (Kbase Article 21117)
• The value entered on the History tab now also determines the number of months for which a schedule file will be displayed on the Old Schedules tab.

Reports
• Corrected problem in which saved report styles were lost when upgrading to new version. (Kbase Article 20927)
• Added ability to e-mail messages or away periods without requiring a schedule range.
• When sending e-mail, if the All Schedules option is selected, then all ministers who have schedules will be included in the e-mail.
• Enhanced program to automatically save ministry filter settings for reports until you exit the program, then reset them.
• Enhanced Custom Lists report to total first column results instead of number of ministers.
• Corrected problem in which custom column size changes were not saved. (Kbase Article 20943)
• Corrected problem in which e-mailed schedules only included ministers with e-mail addresses. All ministers are now included.

Scheduler

• Corrected problem in which the test-mode scheduler updated ministers’ last-served dates, but the date reverted when exiting test mode.

• Corrected problem in which schedule files in excess of 256 caused an error when opening the Old Schedules tab.

• Corrected problem in which away dates were displayed in the order entered, not chronologically by date.

• Corrected problem in which ministers' last served dates were changed automatically after a schedule run if the last served date was newer than the schedule range. (KBase Article 20932)
• Corrected problem in the editing and results grids in which dragging a minister to the position of a deleted minister caused the deleted minister to display in the just-moved minister's slot. (KBase Article 20933)

• Corrected problem on Edit Ministers screen when entering an "away date range" for a
minister it populated the dates to all of the ministers.

• Corrected problem where if you click reports and chose custom, then included the name field
and the 3 away date columns, you would get today's date entered for
all dates depending on how you chose to answer the don't print away
dates that have passed option.
