On-Demand

Configuration
• Corrected problem that caused values to change when tabbing through the fields on the Names tab of the Configuration window. (Kbase Article 21746)
Ministers
• Corrected problem that caused list grids to be blacked out when using a particular color scheme with a Windows XP operating system. (Kbase Article 21261)
• Added option to send e-mail instead of traditional mail when possible. Also added option to send no mail.
• Added enhancement to the Serve With option. A dialog box opens in which you can link another minister or finish the list. You can also print the list.
• Corrected problem that occurred when working with and saving two ministers who have the same name and family ID. (Kbase Article 21637)
Reports
• Corrected misspelling on Assignment and Away Periods report.
• Added “One Address per Family” and “Include address even if send no mail is checked” options to label printing report.
• Corrected problem in which reports did not retain ministry filter settings. (Kbase Article 21728)
• Corrected problem in which masses schedule reports truncated names. (Kbase Article 21344)
• Corrected problem that created a “range check error” when creating schedule reports. (Kbase Article 21732)
Added “Use TLS” option to E-Mail Server Setup tab. Transport Layer Security (TLS) is a security protocol used by Google’s GMail.
Scheduler
• Added the ability to skip weeks when creating schedules.
• Added a feature that checks a minister’s availability when using the Replace Minister option.
Backup/Restore
• Corrected problem that prevented away periods and last serve dates being restored from backups. (Kbase Article 21504)
Other
• Corrected problem that allowed you to create passwords with over 10 characters. (Kbase Article 21582)
• Enhanced the program to allow more than one user at a time to open it. Additional users can either select a different set of data; view the same data, but in a read-only mode; or close the program and wait for the first user to exit.
