Chart of Account Detail Screen
  • The comparative tab on the COA Detail screen now includes options for using the 5 years of future budgets.

    Copy/Paste Will Work on Phone Number, Zip Codes and Social Security Numbers
  • Widow copy and paste commands now work with Phone Number fields, Zip Code fields and Social Security Number fields.

    Checks Added to Fix Utility
  • We added some checking to the fix utility to look for items that can cause problems in converting from Cash Basis account to Accrual accounting. Before switching from Cash Basis to Accrual, you should run the Fix Utility.

    Direct Deposit Fields
  • Some banks required some of the fields in the ACH file to be set with specific values. We added these fields as options to the Direct Deposit tab of the COA Detail screen that is available on Cash Accounts.
