Reports
• Expanded the Memo/Description field to display more detail when printing the general ledger report in landscape.
• Corrected problem where General Ledger Report was not displaying the correct beginning balance if Use dates rather than months in the date range option was selected.
Users and Passwords
• Corrected a problem in the User’s and Passwords window where user’s with view only access were able to delete their password.
Payroll
• Corrected a problem where, if a tax table name was all caps, information was not updated when new tax information was loaded. • Corrected problem where pressing Tab or Enter was not moving the cursor past the Max Available field on the Employee Activity Setup tab.
• Added changes to the 941.
• Corrected problem where the totals were not being displayed for the Employee Benefit Plan.
Other
• Corrected problem where an employee’s Social Security Number was displaying in view listing and reports, even though no access rights had been assigned to the user.
