Backups of data are created automatically and will require additional disk space if you are storing them on your hard drive instead of a removable storage device.
To use the HTML Help files, MS Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher is needed.
The program does not limit the number of accounts, transactions, vendors and income sources that can be stored. They are only limited by disk space available. The Ledger data files, however, can never exceed 4 gigabytes.
To send an e-mail from within the program you need an e-mail program such as Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook.
To go to a web page from within the program you need a web browser such as Netscape Navigator or MS Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.
