Q: After I type in my registration code, it tells me I have an error. I can't see what the problem is?

A: Usually, when this occurs you have filled in a mailing address after the actual address is filled in (Fig 1). Please look at your licensing envelope the CD was in to see exactly how the information is filled out. 

Fig 1.  If your license does not have Mailing Address and Mailing City/State, leave these fields blank

If the mailing address is blank, leave it blank when filling in your registration information screen. Also, check the registration code itself for accuracy.
