This latest version of PDS Office offers major enhancements to Church Office, School Office, and Formation Office. - Verbal Confirmation of Payment Amounts — allows user to hear the identification number and payment amount to increase accuracy during contribution posting
- Improved Sacrament Tracking — accommodates up to eight (8) sacrament dates with dedicated tabs for individual sacraments
- Personalized Favorites Menu — provides shortcuts to frequently used screens and processes
- Dropdown Menus to View Recently Accessed Records — allows user to choose a recently accessed record without looking up the file a second time
- Simplified Reporting — users can overview individual report settings, view sample reports, or move directly into preview or print mode
PDS Connects
PDS Connects, the online companion to Church Office, allows people with appropriate security rights to view the church directory plus access and update personal information over the Internet. Administrators are alerted to information changes and have the option to approve or reject them in the Church Office database. Approved changes are committed to the database and uploaded back to the Web.
