Would you like to qualify for reduced rates on your bulk mailings? Have PDS CASS certify all of your addresses. CASS stands for Coding Accuracy Support System. It is the process that the Post Office uses to certify that an address is valid, is entered correctly, and has the correct zip+4, route, and delivery point information. In order for an address to be included in an Automated Bulk Mailing, it must be CASS certified within the last six months. In order for an address to be included in a Carrier Route Bulk Mailing, it must be CASS certified within the last 90 days.

Pricing
$125.00 for the first 2000 records and $15.00 for each additional 1000 records. Turnaround time for in house CASS Certification is 24 business hours. The certified file and documents will be returned electronically via email.
