If the member’s name was entered in all capital letters and the member’s last name was different from the last name listed for the family, the member name would print in all capital letters. (Kbase Article 20084) • Added the ability to select and print by Calc Rate Batch. • Corrected problem in which Phonetree Export was only pulling the first phone number in a family list even if a different selection for phone type was used. • Added additional PhoneTree Export report that includes all available phone numbers. • Corrected problem that occurred when printing the Fund Recap Screen Report. The Gifts column was wrapping around to the next column when printed. • Corrected problem with the Student Permanent Record Report displaying the word MEMO after the Transcript Information section if the Mark field on the Permanent Record tab is blank. School Office V. 5.1 A Released 3/30/07 Teachers • Corrected problem in the Schedule tab in which Print Schedule was not printing the fifth day if there was only one class listed on that day (Knowledge Base Article 18292). Quick Postings & EFT Processes • Corrected problem in which Quick Posting of Attendance was printing the incorrect grade for a student. This occurred when two children from the family were included in the report and also when the incorrectly displayed student had the same name as the father but without a suffix (Knowledge Base Article 19798). Processes • Added the ability to import for attendance from Easy Grade Pro. Reports • Corrected problem in which all members displayed when Quick Lookup was used in the Student Selection window, causing the “No current Record” error message to display (Knowledge Base Article 19794). • Added a Word Wrap check box to the simple listing reports. • Corrected problem in which the report columns for attendance were overlapping (Knowledge Base Article 19892). • Corrected misspelling of the word Sponsor on the Family Registration and Abbreviated Registration forms (Knowledge Base Article 19941). Backup and Restore • Corrected problem in which the PDS program froze when attempting to restore data on a Vista Operating System. Processes • Corrected problem in which the Quick Add of Members was assigning new ID/Env numbers to families who already had an ID/Env number that was not being used. • Corrected problem in which the Number of Entries in the Quick Add of Members report always printed zero. • Added a check box to the first step of the Quick Add of Members wizard to exclude members/families who had been deleted from view in all the programs, but were still in the data file. Users And Passwords • Added the ability to require a password to access the Ministry Scheduler interface. Easy Lists • Corrected problem in which if you had more than five User Keywords set up some of them were disappearing when viewing the User Keyword Easy List. This report is designed to print a blank report for manually entering information. Two new reports were also added: Detailed Nurse Visit Information and Abbreviated Nurse Visit Information. Quick Postings and EFT Processes • Credit Card File options added to Electronic Fund Transfer types in EFT process. • Corrected a problem in which not all students were listed in the Post Student Fees process. • Corrected a problem in which posting family fees using the individual entry method caused an error. System Processes • Corrected a problem in which the EZMail postage statement date printed “12/30/1899” when the sequencing date was left blank. Keywords • Changed City/State Names entry flow so that USA is inserted by default into blank country code field.
School Office V. 5.0 A Released 12/8/06 Reports - Corrections Using Financial Additional Selections with reports was searching without ever finding anyone and without ever printing anything. The Statement with Recap of Activities report was incorrectly printing a frequency for the total if a Group Total was used in a fund group instead of a balance. The Full Page Baptismal Certificate was cutting off the Day of Birth if the word for the day was long (like “Twenty-fifth”.) The Student Grade Level Listing was using the student’s School Grade instead of the Formation Grade. Printing the Postage Statement with EZ Mail without entering a Sequencing Date was printing the date 12/30/1899. Family Screen - Correction On the Family View Listing Screen, the Quick Lookup button always reset the radio button to active & inactive. Marking the Inactive checkbox on the Family Screen was displaying an error. Student, Catechist and Parent/Guardian Screen - Correction The Reassign member process had a problem in a shared data file if the assignment was done for a member that was visible in a program to another family that was not visible in that program. Quick Posting Processes - Correction In the Quick Posting of Pledge Cards when an initial payment was made using EFT and a pledge was made also using EFT the program was inserting the wrong activity name on the rate created for the initial payment. When printing receipts during the Quick Posting of Payments process, the program was displaying an error before printing the receipts. Transfer From Grade Book Process - Enhancement Added a new Grade Book option for Mark Manager by R&S Design. EFT Processes - Enhancements Added the ability to create an export file containing credit card information. Also added the ability to add one time credit card charges to that file. Added Faith Direct as a new EFT company option. Added the ability for ParishPay files to have the Activity name as the last field in the file. Other Correction If no e-mail address was entered for the church on the license screen, starting the CASS Export process and then canceling would lock up the program. Converting data from version 17 was displaying errors. Restoring a backup made in version 4 was displaying errors.
