Do I need PDS on my computer?
You do not need PDS on your computer in order to participate in the Online Training Session. All you need is an Internet connection, speakers, and a keyboard.

Do I need a microphone?
You will not need a microphone in order to participate in the class. As long as you have a keyboard, you can type in your questions instead of speaking them.

How do I use the playback mode?
Log on to the PDS Training Portal page and select Recorded Session.  Select the class to playback and then click on the View  button.  Enter the session password and click OK. 

How do I download the class documentation?
Access the Training Portal using the web link provided in your e-mail confirmation.  Enter the session password to gain access to the documentation.  Open the PDF document file in the Course Material section.  Save and/or print this document. 

Do I have to have high speed Internet access?
We prefer that you have high speed Internet access to get the best out of the class.
